Soft Launch for HLPF Week

Make Your Civil Society Work Seen, Heard, and Remembered

The Civil Society Media Desk helps NGOs, committees, youth leaders, and civil society partners document, livestream, and amplify their HLPF events with practical, accessible media support.

Supported by CoNGO. Office space provided by the GBCS of The United Methodist Church. Technical support by Hubcast Media, United Earth Network, and the PEAC Institute.

During HLPF week, civil society organizations are gathering, speaking, organizing, and sharing vital work. Too often, that work disappears after the event ends. The Civil Society Media Desk is a soft-launch service designed to help CoNGO members and civil society partners capture, stream, document, and share their work with greater clarity and reach.

Please note: This is a civil society support desk. It does not provide UN accreditation, UN press credentials, UN access, or official UN media services. Services are subject to schedule, venue permission, internet access, and team availability.

17 Goals

One civil society voice

Why this matters

Civil Society Work Should Not Disappear After the Meeting

The Civil Society Media Desk helps organizations turn events, panels, briefings, and community stories into usable records, livestreams, interview clips, and shareable media. The goal is simple: help civil society document what happened, share what matters, and extend the life of important conversations beyond the room.

Be Seen

Livestream or record your event so people can participate beyond the room.

Be Remembered

Create a usable record of your panel, statement, briefing, or gathering.

Be Shared

Turn your message into short clips and media assets for your community, donors, and partners.
